What is Cloud Madrasah?

Cloud Madrasah is a fully online programme by Nur Insan, which is based in Singapore. It offers Islamic learning through pre-recorded videos complemented by immersive activities that keep students engaged, making learning both effective and enjoyable.


Bringing Islamic education to the comfort of your home, Cloud Madrasah enables students across Singapore and beyond to access weekly lessons without the inconvenience of travel or the limitations of time and space. The programme is conducted in English, ensuring accessibility for a diverse audience.

Our Modules

PRIMARY LEVELS


  • Al-Quran (The Holy Quran) : The words of Allah that serve as the primary source of guidance and Islamic teachings. This subject focuses on preserving Allah's words in the hearts of students.
  • Tawhid (Islamic Theology​) : This subject deals with matters of faith and beliefs to help students understand the oneness of Allah, the central focus of all actions and purposes.
  • Akhlaq (Moral Character) : This subject fosters noble virtues and Adab (good manners) based on thought-provoking examples and practical applications.
  • Fiqh (Islamic Jurisprudence) : This subject teaches the steps of performing religious practices and introduces the laws of Shariah as the guideline for success in both abodes.
  • Sirah (Prophetic Biography) : This subject walks through the life story of Allah's final Messenger to display his character and manifest a deep sense of appreciation and longing.

SECONDARY LEVELS


  • Lower Secondary students study in more depth the same subjects that are offered in the Primary levels, except Akhlaq which is replaced with Tasawwuf (Spiritual Purification).
  • In the upper Secondary levels, Tawhid and Tasawwuf are replaced with Tafsir and Hadith.
  • Tafsir (Quranic Exegesis) : This subject explores scholarly commentaries of Al-Quran in terms of their meanings, context, implications and other related discussions.
  • Hadith (Prophetic Narrations) : This subject discusses the beautiful Sunnah (traditions) of our Prophet ﷺ through the narrations of his sayings and teachings.

Unfortunately, Cloud Madrasah is currently not accepting new students.

New intake registration opens on 31st of October every year.
